NCDOT TIP # U-5516
Project Type: Intersection Improvements
Affected Counties: Durham
Estimated Cost: $ 121,111,000
The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) plans to improve the intersection of Latta Road (SR 1448) and Infinity Road (SR 1639) where they meet at North Roxboro Street (US 501) beside the Durham Police Department.
Proposed improvements could potentially include widening North Roxboro Road and adding dedicated right turn lanes on Latta Road and Infinity Road. The project also proposes to add sidewalks on the north and south sides of both Latta Road and Infinity Road from the intersection at North Roxboro Road.
