Bert Concepcion

Bert Concepcion is an eminent domain attorney with diverse legal experience and a deep commitment to fairness and ethical representation. Bert’s career has spanned multiple areas of law, including criminal defense, corporate law, contracts, personal injury and most recently, a decade representing the NC Department of Transportation and the City of Charlotte in eminent domain matters.

Bert has also dedicated more than 30 years to the Army and Army National Guard, serving as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer and earning prestigious awards such as the Army Chief of Staff Award for Excellence in Legal Assistance. Bert earned a B.A. in Psychology at University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
