Ken Sack

Ken Sack practices eminent domain law in North Carolina for the NC Eminent Domain Law Firm. He has practiced law for more than 20 years, eight of which were representing the North Carolina Department of Transportation. Ken left the NCDOT to fight for the rights of property owners. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and North Carolina Advocates for Justice, where he previously served as the Chair of the Legislative and Judicial Committees, Eminent Domain Division.
